Scheduling

All new users of the Creighton Model System begin their learning at an Introductory Session. This session is generally 1.5 hours long and is an overview of how to use the system. After this session, users sign up to attend a series of private follow ups. Follow ups are customized to the user and are where the learning of the system truly happens. We review your chart, address any questions you may have, and look for any patterns that might be clinically significant.

The first 5 follow ups occur during the first 3 months of learning the system. The remaining follow up(s) and/or chart review(s) are generally spaced farther apart depending on the charting patterns of the client. Then, follow-ups or chart reviews are scheduled every 6 to 12 months as needed, or when a user changes reproductive categories (pregnant, breastfeeding, etc.) The follow up schedule is designed as such to allow the user to quickly establish confidence in using the system. After the user grows in their confidence in using the system, follow ups become more spaced out.
